At KDP Tools Pro, we offer digital tools designed to help you create and publish printable puzzle books. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All our tools and resources are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the files have been delivered.
2. No Refunds After Access
Once you have access to any paid tool, download link, or premium content, we cannot offer refunds – even if:
- You change your mind
- You misunderstood the product description
- You didn’t use the product
- You expected different functionality (please read descriptions carefully before purchase)
3. Exceptions (If Any)
In rare cases, we may offer a refund only if:
- You were charged more than once (duplicate payment)
- You were unable to access the product due to a technical error on our side

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and denied future access.
